RTM
Targets how trauma is held in memory, reducing intrusive responses and supporting emotional steadiness.
Approach
Trauma is stored in the nervous system. We integrate RTM and ART modalities with faith-informed care so clients can experience safety, meaning, and renewed resilience.
To help individuals experience spiritual freedom and mental wellness by healing trauma at the nervous-system level through faith-integrated, neuroscience-based care.
RTM + ART
RTM (Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) help reprocess core memories so the brain can store them without triggering a survival response. When those limbic defenses settle, clients often experience a healthier stress response and greater capacity for recovery, regulation, and connection.
ART shares similarities with EMDR and is often described as a more streamlined protocol. Learn more in this overview: ART vs. EMDR therapy.
